Definitely full of the Spirit of God. Living music to exemplify the life of Christ in our midst. You can sing to it, clap to it, or raise your hands, and even cry to it. We have four capable leaders, three keyboardists, several guitarists, a couple of drummers, and several back-up singers. Each Sunday comes with its own specially made "flavor" especially for that celebration time. It's unique and one of kind. You have to experience it! Come on!

Men's Basketball
The men of Acts 2 get together at 8:00 a.m. every Saturday morning if it isn't too cold or wet at one of two places: The YMCA on Old Greenbrier Road in Chesapeake; or the small recreational park near the corner of Centerville Turnpike and Lynnhaven. Feel free to come out and join us. All skill levels welcome.Directions to recreational park: From Centerville Turnpike take Lynhaven Parkway going north (away from Chesapeake) The courts are on the right side, close to the dead end (Lynhaven Parkway does not yet connect all the way through, so you must enter from Centerville Turnpike).
Cell Groups
Cell is the crux of Acts 2 Church's infrastructure. Keeping relationships real and close are important. We need it to support one another and to stay encouraged. The Acts 2 premise declares this, as it says in scripture: Acts 2:42 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
